As Senior User Experience Designer with 8+ years of core UX experience shaping products from humble startups to MVP to enterprise software used by millions, I’ve had the privilege of shaping products that make a difference.
Currently deployed from YUJ Designs to Verizon (#1 US Telecom), I lead and drive UX design for a flagship $100M product driven with generative AI capabilities & 3M+ users, owning end-to-end design strategy for the VCG & VBG Optix environments and being the face of design to stakeholders.
Previously, at Temenos | Kony Group, I crafted next-gen digital banking experiences for global clients including Standard Chartered, World Bank, and CWB. Earlier, at Optum | UnitedHealth Group (#7 Fortune 500), I spearheaded UX efforts to unify 16 legacy environments into a single seamless interface, helping establish and scale UX practices across the organization.
